My goal is to be as creative as possible when cooking and baking for my fussy kids who have disabilities. It is an adventure to invent new recipies or use simple substitutions to create delicious and healthy meals for my finicky kids. When you have special kids, your time is often scarce, so coming up with quick recipes makes life easier. Finding ways to serve foods in an appealing way gives it a gourmet twist. Buon Appetit!

Quick Banana Treat
Slice ripe bananas in a single serving size freezer container. Measure a teaspoon of Dark Chocolate Syrup and pour over banana slices. Add optional chopped peanuts, or chopped almonds. Put in freezer for several hours or over night.
This makes a delicious healthy dessert.
Please note: Avoid Peanuts if Allergic.
